Paul Crossen (Killinchy) won his second Ards CC club race in a row this evening with an impressive time of 13:14 for the 10km. Second was Glenn Kinning (Kinning Cycles), just 15 seconds behind. The battle for third was very tight, with just 4 seconds separating William Gill, Barry Mitchell and Robin Millar (all Ards CC).

Winner on handicap was Richard Hanna, showing that his strong performance last week wasn’t a one-off. He takes an early lead in the 10k handicap cup.

Thanks to all riders who shouted their starting number at the finish tonight, and for all the bright rear lights. And also to Darren and Bernard for offering to help with the time keeping. It made a big difference, and helped the event run more smoothly than last week in spite of an even bigger field.
