Barry Mitchell won the Magreechan Cup Portaferry and back time trial, beating William Gill by just 27 seconds after 35 miles. With a tough head wind on the homeward leg, these were the only riders to dip under the hour and a half barrier.
It was great to see trophy sponsor and ex club chairman Bobby Magreechan down at the event, helping out time keepers Bernard McCloskey and Ron Martin.
