The Portaferry and Back Time Trial course starts on the Portaferry Road in Newtownards at a point approximately opposite the Flying Club entrance. The course proceeds south-east/south along the Portaferry Road (A20), through Greyabbey and Kircubbin (caution – pedestrian crossing) to Portaferry. It turns at the roundabout at the entrance to Portaferry, and retraces the route to the start.
This course is approximately 35 miles.
