Twenty riders faced the time keeper at tonight’s club time trial on the delightful Comber circuit course. The route climbs gently out of Comber towards Ballygowan, and then turns for home via the roller coaster that is the Old Ballygowan Road. School children should be made to ride this road to help them better understand what drumlins are!
Fastest was Paul Crossan (Killinchy CC), who beat his own course record set back in April. William Gill also improved on his previous best to take fastest Ards man by 6 seconds from Richard Topping, and win the circuit time trials cup (calculated on a scratch basis).
