Billy Boal’s grand daughter and great grand daughters present the Billy Boal Trophy to the first Ards CC rider Richard Topping
As reported last week on our Facebook pages, Richard Topping was top Ards CC rider in the final club road race of the season, and won the Billy Boal Cup. The win also gave him overall victory in the club handicap road race trophy, after a close battle with Paul McMinn. The final table is given below.
