The Ards Cycling Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Monday 21st November 2016. The venue is once again the `Strangford Arms Hotel`in Newtownards. The room will be open from 7.15pm and the meeting will start at 7.30pm.
You are asked to make nominations and proposals in advance of the AGM and no later than Monday 7th November. Members are encouraged to volunteer themselves or can nominate other members with their consent and approval. Members who have volunteered or have been nominated will still be proposed on the night and formally voted into posts by those present at the AGM.
You, the member of Ards CC, are the club, and the AGM is your opportunity to have your say with regards to how the club is run by the committee that is nominated and voted for on the night by you.
If you have any nominations or proposals for discussion at the AGM please forward them to me by email by Monday 7th November for inclusion in the agenda.
At the end of the night there will be the opportunity to pay for your 2017 club membership.
