Nearly 30 members of Ards CC and their families turned out today to ride from Comber to Ciclovia in Belfast. This was the first event run by the newly formed underage committee, and was a great success with a wide variety of ages and bicycles all making it safely along the Greenway to Belfast City Hall, and on to Botanic Gardens.

Thanks to the underage committee for organising this event, to Lorna for organising the forms on the day, to Linda and Bernard for safely navigating us through Belfast’s cycle paths, and to everyone who took part and made it so enjoyable.

They call the Tour of Lombardy the “race of the falling leaves”. Perhaps they should visit the Greenway in October..
