Ards CC is providing an evening of basic cycling first aid training FREE to all our current members. This training will take place on Monday 28 November 2016 at 7pm, Function Room 2 in the Londonderry Park Pavilion, Portaferry Road, Newtownards, BT23 8SG.
The purpose of the course is to give cyclists knowledge of how to deal with the most common cycling injuries at the roadside and what to do in a cycling emergency while waiting on emergency services to arrive. The course is uncertified and will be delivered by Conn Russell.
