There was a good turnout this evening for the final club race of the season – the Bradshaw’s Brae hill climb. And with prolific hill climber Stuart Millar deciding not to start, the race looked wide open. Late entries Andrew Hedley (AHC Racing) and Edward Kearney (Phoenix CC) both looked fast, and when the dust settled the time keepers declared them joint winners on 4:11.
First Ards CC rider was Kevin Briggs who just got the better of under 16 Jamie Rockett.

There was a presentation to Sean Hardon at the finish to recognise his seven years as club chief marshal. It’s a tough job, but Sean’s work is very much appreciated and hopefully he has many great memories from Ards CC races over the years. Thank you Sean!
